If your item has been lost in transit, appears damaged, or isn't satisfactory, contact us support@ukiyo.market The policy extends to 28 days of purchase however strongly advise to report anything the moment you notice.

Due to EU Law, You may not be eligible for a refund if:
- The item has been opened/unsealed after delivery
- The item is exactly as described (size, print quality, material)
- The wrong delivery address is used
Additional fees such as reshipment costs may be charged if: the wrong return address is used; the wrong delivery address is used.
